All of it, for a form that is already on your list. Tax Forms never guesses a value on any plan — it works out what it can from the IRS instructions and asks you about the rest. On the free plan it asks about more of them, because it has not read your documents.
Reading a document is the only place a model is given anything you supplied, and adding a form means reading its pages and its whole instruction booklet. Both are slow, and both cost money every time. The rest — the questions, the arithmetic, the receipts, the export — is ordinary code, and charging for it would be charging for nothing.
